Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Gevane. We’re committed to providing a smooth shopping experience and a fair return process.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible:

Your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs & Shipping Fees

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping if the item is correct and in its original condition. For UK customers, returns must be sent to our warehouse, which may be located outside the UK, and international return shipping may cost up to £15. However, if the item was faulty, damaged, or the customer was misled about our trading location or return address, we will cover return shipping or issue a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including Worldwide Express Delivery (€20 via DHL or TNT Express).

Gevane does not refund original shipping costs in such cases.

Any restocking fees (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before return approval.
Return Instructions

Request a return by emailing support@gevane.com to receive the return form.

Returns must be sent to the original warehouse, which may be located outside the UK. UK customers are responsible for international return shipping unless the item is faulty or the customer was misled about our trading location.

Refunds (excluding shipping) will be processed within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
We are not responsible for lost return packages. Always keep your tracking number.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return the item and place a new order for the desired one. This ensures faster processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@gevane.com.

We will cover the return shipping.

You won’t be charged any restocking fee.

We’ll offer either a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Refund Processing
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or provider
