Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gevane LTD. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gevane.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs & Shipping Fees

  • We provide local return addresses where possible. Depending on your location and stock availability, your return will be directed to our warehouse in either the United Kingdom, Germany, or China. We will provide the specific address for your region once your return request is approved.

  • Restocking Fees: Gevane does not charge any restocking fees.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

  1. Request a return by emailing support@gevane.com to receive the return form.

  2. Returns must be sent to the original warehouse, which may be located outside the UK. 

  3. Refunds (excluding shipping) will be processed within 7 business days after the return is approved.

We are not responsible for lost return packages. Always keep your tracking number.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply return the item and place a new order for the desired one. This ensures faster processing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@gevane.com.

In these cases, Gevane will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or provide a full replacement/refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@gevane.com.
